Hi, I’m Dorcas.
I’ve been on a lifelong inquiry into belonging, community and human flourishing.
Everything I’ve helped build in the past 25 years has been an expression of that inquiry.
The Question
What helps people and communities flourish?
For more than twenty-five years, I have explored this question through relationships, family, wellness, recovery, entrepreneurship, intentional living, leadership, daily practice & community building.
The settings have changed.
The inquiry has remained.
Over the years, this inquiry has taken many forms. Each experience has been a opportunity to practice, learn and explore the conditions that help people belong, grow & contribute.

Interested in Collaborating?
Humbly offering my twenty-five years of lived experience to the collective.
Perhaps we can put our heads and hearts together to support people and communities in flourishing.
I promise to practice what I preach, which means we will cultivate a mutual relationship of inquiry.
